Metal Gear solid is just too epic and too beautiful and artistic for a game like final fantasy. Seriously, the character Background, and development, and it teaches you things, whereas final fantasy hasnt got much to teach about. Fair enoguh FF is a good series, but it does no way and I mean noooooooooooooo way not in a billion years or infinite years can it compare to the metal gear solid series...

And im saying this for the sake of saying that metal gear solid is much better because it is, The Metal Gear Solid series is just too much for final fantasy to even handle, the diverse nature of the teachings, the character direction, script, story, teachings, philosophical traits, its almost not even analogous to see eye with each other, mgs series is sjust flawless infront of final fantasy, I liek final fantasy, But its just isnt as good as metal gear solid series..

ffvs13 will be the most epic game ever, but i'm still not sure it can top mgs4, the whole stella and noctis storyline is amazingly tragic, where as mgs4 is just completely epic in all sense of the word all over!!

i love both series but really u can compare mgs4 to ff13, apart from on graphics as they are both in the japenese style. but reli they r too different, plus mgs4 was one of the best in the series and ff13 was far from the best in it's sereis so it's also slightly unfair in that respect as well!!

probabaly would be more fair to compare ff7 with mgs1!!

or ffx with mgs 2 or 3!!

ok, sorry about before, I was acting abit stupid, and was being a real moron,

To tell you the truth I started playing this game I think when Final Fantas 7 was around. Every bit of it is awesome. But dude, how can you possibly compare the characters, music, and storyline and gameplay to MGS. Honestly dude, you shock me..

I mean, this is one of the best games aswell, but no where does it compare the metal gear solid series..

Oh Yeah, FF series also teaches life lessons. FF7 told the importance of environmentalism, cooperate influence, and politics revolving around a de facto world government. In which case you couldn't understand because you didn't play these games. I've played Metal Gear before, and while I find the main story fun, there isn't much left after completing the whole game. No mini games or side quest that don't have to do with the usual gameplay (e.g. Shooting, stalking, hiding, and etc.)
