You'd be a pretty normal looking guy who would have no trouble getting a date if you got a decent haircut, a shave and some accutane maybe (although your skin troubles might just disappear with age). Also a positive attitude might help. Try a change of scenery, join a sports club, make some new friends.

The tragedy is that women always seek for men who do look as if they were not in desperate need for some love. The truth behind this is that nobody wants to "give". A lady wants to date a man who is apt to fascinate her. A "winner", a "sunnyboy"...
