@ENM173 The only difference between Insanity and Hardcore is that in Insanity, almost every target is protected, and in Hardcore, the majority of targets have protection.
True crowd control only exists at Normal and the level below that. In Veteran, it's kind of a toss up, and really depends on the mission.
