@HnHBlkM Adam himself faked his own kidnapping in order to test Gloria's fidelity to him. Brooke and Charlie figured out that Adam faked his own kidnapping and Gloria got revenge on Adam by exposing the whole thing in front of the entire town when they were about to renew their wedding vows. Almost every AMC character attended the wedding (Erica being the exception). Adam was arrested for faking his own kidnapping right after Gloria exposed him.

@PineValleyFan @ Carmaker I can tell you when exactly this aired. early to mid June 1994(summer break had just started) and yep, the broken engagement party that led to the tornado was the very next month.

Thank you for your help, it was very useful. I found out that I'm probably correct about my video, because Adam was hypnotized by Dr. Tolan and by the promos at that time, Max on OLTL had a gambling addiction, which ran from May to September 1994. So most likely June for my episode, as the Tornado episode aired on July 18, 1994.

I'm not sure of the exact date, just that it's from 1994. But it has to be before the tornado, which was July 1994, because Gloria finding out that Adam was behind his own stalking/kidnapping was revealed at the party right before the tornado. So my best guess would be that this promo is from Spring - Early Summer of '94. Sorry I couldn't give you more info.
