My 1987 Mercedes 190D 2.5

Made for 1,000,000 km's, thanks to the famous OM602 engine. However, it just reached a tenth of it.
The first owner was an older lady who probably just loved the sound of the engine. She drove 40,000km's between 1987 and 2008. I'm currently the third owner. Just love the Artik Weiss color and its blue/black interior. With some nice options as well, like ABS, MB Alarm, headlamp wipers, electric sunroof, alloy MB wheels, automatic gearbox, 4 headrests, etc.
I'm planning on keeping it for a long time, but as it is my 25th car, I can't promise anything anymore.

I have a November built 1985, Australian delivered 190D 2.5. Arctic white, tan mb tex no sun roof, no rear head rests and no abs. She is slow, but she is ever so reliable, I have 457,000 km on her now and it still feels like it will go another with ease! Long live the OM602. Ill never sell it.

They are very rare here in Australia.

Man once you own a 190D you will never want to get rid of it. Mine has 276,000 on it and still chuggin.

@Howl420 I'm not intending to sell it! Our government just decided that 1987-built cars will be tax free in 2013, or in case of my '87 diesel it will become tax-friendly. That's a nice bonus and good motivation to drive it for a long time. Good luck and have fun with your 190!
