Dr Nicola Millard talking about how the recession brought lots of new opportunities for organisations to look at different ways to do business and that it is a time to think differently about how you do business.

She talks about how customers changing faster that the organisations that are serving them and are much more informed. Often the organisation are the last person that speak to as they will do far more research using search engines such as Google.
