If I knew then what I know now, I would have laughed a lot more and been a lot happier. Again, the key is loving myself and having self-acceptance and self-compassion. Ester Hicks as Abraham talks about using feelings to manifest. The highest feeling comes when we are flowing loving through ourselves and that feeling stops when we are judging and criticizing. Somehow we get the idea that self-bashing is the key to more. And yet all the studies show that praise and acknowledgment produces much more results. How are you treating yourself?
