Misha B was accused of bullying by judges Louis Walsh and Tulisa Contostavlos and this was her responce in the X Factor follow up show 'The Xtra Factor'.

@NaNaNaiiify She implied it (in a way that left little to doubt) and Louis literally said it. Between Tulisa & Louis they robbed this girl of her win. Misha was on top of the leader board until these comments were made. I think she may have been a little aggressive about the way she went about things but she's not a bully. Her school teacher has attested to it on this on National TV. If the other contestants couldn't handle the fire they should've gotten out of the kitchen. Nuff said!

@djdiogo2009 There is a common (unfortunate) stereotype that Black women are bossy/difficult/hard. All it takes is a hint and people believe it. While it may not be blatantly racist for Tulisa & Louis to call Misha a bully, we know the stereotype exists. Most people don't see people any deeper than their preconceived notions are about "types" of people.

It's playing into a stereotype. Tulisa knew what she was doing.

There is NO reason she couldn't have spoken to Kelly or to Misha in private.
