you say they "block up parking spaces that could be used by a shopper." i am thinking, why are they here if not to shop, and then, i wonder how many different folks in NEVs could park and shop in the space that a big ol SUV would take up? seems like the stores are being pretty smart to encourage them.

We only use the outlet if we forgot to charge or we are having trouble. It may get used at most once a month by one person. At $.11 per Kilwatt hour, it would only cost $.11 for a hour of use. The cost to these stores are less than any other usage.
