@LuckyLuke199 yup london is a better place to be poor...you will recieve more help from the government..i think thats what they mean..here u can get child benefit income support disability allowance tax credits housing benefits..and so on...which may not b offered by the texan government.

you cant pin everything on low tax more jobs, what happens when there is a downturn? the government debt will be MASSIVE. You need a good balance.
