I got C2 Cirrus II professional set , i have issues with it and i think you might be able to help. my son over turned the control now its loose and doesnt work anymore , cant sent it back to PFC to fix it because its mad big. any idea ?
One spring is broken, i do have other ones but also where u hook the spring is broken. i was thinking to send it back to the manufacturer and see if they can get it fixed. but its a huge item for shipping and going to cost me a lot.
The equipment I have retails for $5,880 and includes interchangable throttle quadrants for single engine, twins and turboprops. PFC has seasonal promotions so you can find the components on sale. You can also buy a turnkey FAA approved simulator from them with computer, monitor and all software. I'm using this for training along with American Flyers IFR courseware for FSX.

@mesheditor
The springs for aileron can break if abused. You probably need to replace one of those springs. I don't understand mad big comment.

@mesheditor Take a picture of the broken part and include it in an email to their support. I have always had exceptional customer service with them.
