Esta cancion se escucho mucho en Puerto Rico en aquella epoca, junto con esta cancion tambien se escucho mucho la cancion: "Funeral del labrador" por los Tres Sudamericanos, como me acuerdo de esta cancion, la voz de Susan Jack le quedo perfecta en esta cancion. Lamentablemente canciones como esta ya no la tocan en la radio, por lo menos no aqui en Kansas City.

In 1967, we put on a judo demonstration at the PNE in Vancouver right on the main stage at Teen City, "the fair within the fair," and I remember being accidentally thrown right into the graphic equalizer of the Kelly Deyong sound system. Right after us, the Poppy Family came onto the stage. I probably screwed up their bass and treble settings. This was just before they made it big. Man, where the time go?

I love this song. She has such a beautiful soulful Karen Carpenter like quality to her voice. And the band is awesome too.  This song almost makes me cry - kind of like when I hear Seasons in the Sun by Terry Jacks. Peace.
