If you want this to make it into a virus follow the following steps:
Go to start>startup and put the file there.
When the person logs in to their account on the computer it keeps logging off.. pretty good virus if there is only 1 account on the PC.

Wait, but this is not for normal shut downs....if you shut down the normal way and use this command it won't stop the computer from shutting down....

hes just creating a shortcut to shutdown .exe thats nothing special.,, you can change the name and the icon to look like a cd or music or even a tree,,, you cant send it over msn but you can if you put it in a zip file.

Instead of Shutdown -s t 0, use shutdown -l -t 0

No, its perfectly safe, all you are doing is linking to the shutdown button on your computer :)
This way is just faster and more convenient.
