Love Natalie Merchant's 'Wonder' check it out! Although being a non-believer the references to God etc are a turnoff, but totally agree with the message on children finding their own way minus the brainwashing from the adult religious 'role models' Overall I support equality for all women throughout the world. Great video and highly recommended.

Re: FGM... I'm not saying it's the same thing - there's obviously a significant difference - but when are we going to stand up against ALL unnecessary non-consensual mutilation? Just because male circumcision is (generally) LESS brutal doesn't make it NOT brutal. Yes, it's a religious tradition, but so is stoning. Religion should not be a free pass to violate human rights, regardless of gender. Equality for all.
