dude 215 hp isn't anything to brag about, the stock 05- 09's mustang come with 210 hp, they could do better than you with a simple cold air intake

the 3.8 only gets about 170 to the wheels anyway so a 45hp increase seems really nice when driving.

@WoRrAnEeRg nah man they measure 05-09 hp at the crank as they do with every single car in production. its probably 210 at the crank, but at the wheels its probably 195. so, with just bolt ons he's got 15 more horses then a stock 05-09...seems like a pretty good deal to me.

@ctarv302 That's sort of correct, but not exactly. The 99-04 3.8s made 190 hp to the FLYWHEEL at 5250 RPM. So what you say is somewhat true - you're only making 190 at 5250, which is when you need to shift. But flywheel HP mean nothing. It's what you're putting to the wheels that counts, because that's what you're actually using.

we all love mustangs, lets respect each other, some ppl have the v6..others the v8 and others have monsters with 400+ hp...some ppl want and can afford performance(GAS PRICES, INSURANCE.TICKETS LOL) others just want looks...in the street doesnt make a big difference how much hp u got...we all love mustangs lets be nice with each other and not talk crap over the internet. that makes ppl look like lil kids. thank you

The V6 is a pretty common engine around the world today, but the second it goes into a Mustang everyone bitches "should got a V8!" or "You poor faggot I have a V8" Blah blah blah. Seriously, fuck off. This guy didnt brag, or claim he had the worlds fastest mustang. You guys act like if its a V6 it shouldn't be called a mustang. Maybe some people just want the looks, want fuel economy, or can't afford the insurance. Dont get so fucking offended by the engine in it

it's not always what's under the hood.....the driver is responsible for making it happen....my '97 V6 ,5spd 'Stang has surprised a few...it's all good..
