    But what about the approach of implementing IT Service Catalogue? Who is the best to define the Service (Provider or Reciever) IT or the Business? ,, Is all services need SLA's ,, if yes ,, When and Why? ,,

    IT Catalogue is very very important part of ITIL Framework.
