Fela Kuti launches a scathing attack on the then Telecommunications centre run by Abiola who was a close associate to Obasanjo - Another of Fela Kuti's political targets. The song I.T.T is a play on the acryonym International Telegraph and Telecommunications to actually mean International Thief Theif.
The song also strongly opposes colonial mentality, authority stealing and government corruption.
R.I.P Black President.
