Imam Muslim iN Sahih Muslim(Hajj, narrates a similar hadith: Prophet Muhammad(sw) said for the people of Madina it is Dhul-Hulayfa - while on the other road it is al-Juhfa - for the people of IRAQ it is Dhat Irq, for the people of NAJD it is Qarn, and for the people of Yemen it is Yalamlam.

These SAHI HADITHS constitute unarguable proof that the Prophet (s.w.s.) distinguished between Najd and Iraq, so much so that he appointed two separate miqat points for the inhabitants of each for Hajj.

Modern geography is very advanced so draw a line to EAST straight from Madina al Munawwara and see it passes somewhere north of Riyadh, which is exactly the center of NAJD, The books and Scholars that they are taking into consider Iraq is no where a "raised" land, neither it is neither high nor upland study Iraq geography, its plain land but the original NAJD is raised so it means exactly what its named of.
