Advertising Plane

This little plane periodically flies over the neighborhood here in Bernal Argentina. I see it maybe a few times a week, spouting advertising such as this from a loudspeaker. In Capital Federal they are doing the same from trucks driving around, or in the small outlying towns, even doing it from a horse-drawn cart selling something. But to me the plane was the most unusual - I've never seen a plane used for this in the U.S.. Anyone else in the states ever seen this before? Maybe years ago, before my time?

Si mal no recuerdo, ya hace 30 años atrás haian prohibido ese tipo de publicidad, así como la de los coches que pasaban con altoparlantes.
