Don't do the surgery. I had this surgery with Dr. FIschel in 2002 and I have much worse sweating, compensatory sweating. I was told only up to 30% of people get it but I got it and now I sweat so bad on my trunk/back/knees/groin/back of legs, etc. It's horrible. I wish I never would have had the surgery. I don't sweat on my hands but I sweat almost everywhere else. It has affected my life negatively and I dont' recommend this surgery.

@loadmaster5000 thanks a lot for the info about ets, its real eye opener for me to listen to your experiences, im sorry to hear about your complications after surgery. but im glad your blushing has almost gone, my flushing and blushing is really ruining my life and dictating the way i live. so obviously the ipl laser and botox treatment has really helped your blushing, this is something that i will definitely look into!! thanks again for your help and advice.

@goldyn12345 my blushing is almost gone. One of the problems with ets is that the flushing can be worse. I feel always flushed now. I don't blush like i used to but my face is always flushed due to the damage that ets does on the nervous system. It sucks. I overheat in warn weather because i cant sweat from the top thrid of my body. My heart rate has been lowered by ets and I cant exercise anymore. Funny how the surgeon never mentioned these side effects.

@goldyn12345 I understand completely. I turned me into an antisocial hermit. They only thing that will help you is to try and accept it to some extent. You will never get ride of it completely. IPL lasers will allow to to get it under control though. Botox will also help a great deal. My life is tough actually. I try and maintain each day but it gets harder each year. The worst thing is to know that some hack surgeon ruined my body for money. Its really hard to deal with that. I try though.

Respond to this video... Study about sympathetomies. The horrors have been know for more than 100 years. These butcher doctors know they are protected by the system. They make you sigh a waiver and never give proper informed consent. You cant sue them once you sign the wavier. Please listen to me. I am an actual ets victim. I am giving you my honest experience with ets. This is more than any ets surgeon can or will do.

Respond to this video... I am not 10 years post ets surgery. Not a day goes by that I don't suffer from the procedure. The top third on my body does not sweat anymore. NONE. My eyes are bone dry and my skin is always flaking and sore. MY hands also stopped sweating 100%. They feels too warn and the circulation is messed up. Ets is a horrible procedure. There are thousands of people who have been ruined because of ets. Dr. Fischel is a monster and hides the truth. Study about ets.

@loadmaster5000 thank you for your advice,it really affects my day to day life, i am starting to become a recluse. i will definitely look into ipl laser treatment and botox. anyway how are you now? are you ok? you dont still suffer with the facial flushing/blushing do you?

@goldyn12345 yes I had the same problem with facial blushing/flushing. I was young and obsessed about it. I ran into letting these butcher doctors cut my nerves to try and stop it. They never warned me about the horrible life long problems that ets causes. They actually hid it from me. Dont be naive like me. NEVER trust an ets surgeon selling a surgery. botox and IPL lasers will get your problem under control. This I promise. Stay away from any medications and any surgery.
