"A Change Of Heart" A Joe Jonas Love Story Season 2 Finale part 1 Chapter 17

The end is almost here guys!! I feel like crying right now:(
Part one
Joe's POV
"...Joe I want you to meet someone"Dee smiled as she pulled away from me."Denise" she called to my mom, I was anxious to see her...I missed my mommy.
She walked intom the room, I smiled wide when I saw her.She had tears in her eyes "Hi honey"
"Hi mommy" I whispered. My gaze was averted to the bundle she was holding in her arms. I saw a tiny hand reach up and touch her chest. My breath caught in my chest and the tears started to brim. Dee walked over to my mom and took the baby in her arms, she did it so gently, she was already a pro. She walked to the side of the bed and sat next to me.
"Joe I'd like you to meet your son" She leaned in closer and I saw him. The most beautfull thing I had ever seen...my son. I saw that he looked like me, that made me smile. The tears were now flowing and I didnt care. I couldnt move my arms very well so she placed him on my chest, his cheek was placed on over my heart. I could feel his little heartbeat on my chest. He was so tiny I was afraid to move incase I broke him. I looked at Dee, she smiled and leaned in to kiss me. I had never been so happy in my entire life, laying here with my beautifull wife and son was truely my idea of heaven. I looked up and saw that Nick and Kevin had come in the room with my dad behind them. My eyes locked with Nicks, I was so grateful to him. He took care of Dee when I couldnt and I know it broke his heart to do so,but he did it because were family and we love eachother....he's my brother.
"Hey bro" I croaked, he smiled one of those rarely shown smiles "Hey bro" he answered.
"Thank you" I smiled at him, I really did appretiate everything he did for us.
"Don't mention it bro" he crossed the room and pumped his fist with mine. Being reconected with my family was amazing, it made me realise how much they meant to me, that afternoon Kevin and Dani gave us some amazing news...she was expecting twins.

A couple of days later Chloe came to the hospital to see me and in typical Chloe fashion she made a grand enterenc, I knew it was her coming down the hall because all I heard was "HE'S AWAKE, HE'S AWAKE" followed by her skipping in the door and jumping on my bed wrapping her arms around me giving me a big kiss on the cheek,oh how I missed our Chloe, i'm not kidding I really did miss my quirky over enthusiastic sister-in-law.She also had great news...she was engaged... to Jason Dolly. They met on the set of Good Luck Charlie, Chloe was working there as make-up artist and stylist.
I had to go through physical therapy for 3 months before I was able to walk again and even after words I was walking slower then a turtle. I had to wait another monthe before I had my heart transplant and thankfully the doctors said I would be able to tour again. I had everything I ever wanted, I had my son, family and friends, I had my health and most importantly I had Dee.
Thinking about everything we'd been through I realised that it was all worth it to get to the place we are now,together and more in-love then ever.I know it sounds stupid but that day at the court house was a blessing! It opened my eyes and showed me what I could have lost...The love of my life...The love of my existance...Danielle Julie Jonas.
