  • this is a retarded way of measuring how much power a computer uses. first of all you cannot control some of the things that draw power such as sprinkler systems and safety devices. If you live a larger house, unplugging everything will be a chore. Lastly any still plugged in devices will continue to draw power even if they are off... and it is easy to overlook many of these details.

if you're going to post terrible videos with worse advice please refrain.

  • OMGoodness!! Freakin unreal!! Our led living room lights use almost 1/10th the power of our 100 watt bulb and gives better coverage. I was moaning about buying it, but in two years its paid itself off with continuing interest. Thanks for explaining how to ACTUALLY KNOW the amount of power each appliance consumes. Today we did an inventory of power use. Very eyes opening for the cost of a $12.00 stop watch. Further appliance purchases will be investments to create savings/wealth.

  • LOL why IS he whispering? Shhh secret!

  • Excellent explanation.

You should have left the mic plugged in while making the video though. :)

  • ? is this in close caption too?

  • sounds rather labor intensive to me.

  • he is cute but mute !!

  • My PC uses 150w idle... x_x
