Naturalism may or may not be a road to "The Truth," but at the very least, it is a solid starting point for combating the detrimental social effects of religion's forays into making claims about the natural world. It used to be that all I could say to a creationist was, "Ummm.... you want a cookie?" Humanism with a naturalistic world-view has better prepared me for such confrontations. Great interview, DJ! Keep up the GOOD work!
