I was completely blown away by the fact that Ethiopia has the second largest migration of animals in Africa! Until Banthayelu, Assistant Director of Gambela Wildlife Park, filled us in, who knew?

Wildebeest is Number One, followed by the White Ear Kob, an antelope that makes its way in March from Uganda and Tanzania, through Sudan into Ethiopia where they stay for three months.

What a little known fact for animal lovers seeking the next, best migration!
