In the t-maxx manual the firs thing for there is DO NOT BREAK IN THE ENGINE BY PROPING THE WHEELS UP.....

@yoyoman2k1 i had to mess around with my low end and high end needle it wasnt set right this is a nitro traxxas 4tec 3.3 now she runs well shes puffin blue smoke out on acceleration putting my finger up to her exhaust pipe shes spitting out some oil :) she seems to be happy, i ran it idle for half a tanke the other half I gave it short blips then second tank i ran it half throttle with the occasional higher rev. 3rd tank i gave it abit more and now im letting it sit back n relax before final tnk

adust the high speed needle on the carb

turn the high needle on the carb until its in between rich and lean

u dik whn the engine ran out of control it overheated the engine or sumink and now its broken i think u need to buy a new glow plug if not a whole engine

20% nitro is the percentage recommended for the break in procedure.

when you first take your new rc out of the box and do and do this step do u tune it at all or just run it as it is?

when you take it out of the box it should already be set to factory so you can go right to breakin without messing with it and then tune after breakin
