At all our camps we teach and demonstrate the YMCA's 4 Core Values: Caring, Honesty, Respect, and Responsibility, through games, arts, sports, leadership activities and discussions. Everything we do at YMCA Camping is designed to build skills and build character because we understand the impact that camp can have on children and youth. Children at camp build confidence in themselves, have the opportunity to be creative, learn to work well with others. Our camps children discover new experiences, new skills and new people to foster the growth of independence, self-reliance, and lifetime social skills.
