this is some of the best vid, these infos on how you felt when trying to juice only and having these mental cravings of other foods despite not being physically hungry is really helpful. What I needed. Thanks really. I'm not in the right surroundings to go through that right now so I just take it easy and take as many juices as I can. I take about 5-10 times as much parsley as you do and my skin really changed. Love it.

I think this one is very important video, speaking about food addiction, and the breath. My myself I am fruterian but I'm still a slave to food. I do fasts from time to time - you inspiring me to do them more offen. I am also doing a lot of different breathing exercising as they are the key for me. Thank you very much for this one. Big fan :)

This one really resounded with me because I also realized that I wasn't hungry or lacking energy... just wanting different foods. I'm very much a foodie as well, Victoria (especially because I run a small bakery out of my home). Cooking and baking has always been a huge part of my life, but even now I'm feeling more in control of those unnecessary food cravings and urges. Great vid - it was perfectly on point.

@0wenfox I used to follow 80/10/10 very strictly. i would count the nuts I ate and everything. I have since relaxed things a little.
