BSW - Dynavin - BMW E46 3 Series Installation - Part 2/2

The process is fairly straightforward and should take even a novice approximately an hour or two from start to finish!

Sorry we didn't film the relocation into the AC Controls slot. It's a direct fit on other cars and almost a direct fit on E46, but if you want it to be 100% factory you'll need a climate control trim piece available from the dealer. In this install we did not use the factory piece and it worked quit well. e46 is the only model that uses the OEM part and it's 51-16-7-001-408.

I noticed that you didn't show how to relocate the air conditioning controls. Do you have another clip that shows it? Also, would you need a separate relocation kit if you're installing the same system on the same car?

are the glass holder container and the climate control interchangeable? Can I swap location from climate control to be lower and put the compartment that is empty where the temp controls go?

@bavsound I don't want to find out what piece "I Need," I am curious as to what piece you used...From the description it appears you either made a custom piece or retrofitted the part already on the car, that's what I'm curious about, thank you.
