    That's spelled Nutrigenomics.

Nutritional Genomics: comprised of 2 complementary disciplines,

    Nutrigenetics and Nutrigenomics.

Two sides of one coin. Nutrigenetics is our hard wired genetic predisposition to need more or less of particular things on an individual basis of unique DNA; Nutrigenomics is how the food we eat or don't eat can trigger our epigenome to adapt for the better (overcome illness and even prevent it) or change for the worse (causing acute or even chronic disease states).

I heard that Rye and Pumpernickel are high in estrogens? and that it's better to eat 100% wholewheat(stoneground) or flaxseed bread.
