Patrick performs another Tri Set. This time, he performs Alternating Arm Dumbbell Bicep Curls then moves to Single Arm Behind the Head Dumbbell Tricep Extensions and then caps off his Tri Set with Seated Leg Raise Ab Crunches.

  • 200lbs, wow tahts my goal some time soon, but of course i might be carrying some extra wieght, hope to be 200lbs cut up tohugh maybe in a couple years, not as tall as him too though.
