Re: Civilization Revolution Demo

After spending some more time with the game and learning what to do, and what not to do I decided to record a new video. This time I'm focusing the video more on combat.

One of the things I learned while playing the game is that when you choose to make a new game you are presented with two difficulty choices. I had been choosing the more difficult setting, but I just did a comparison and found something quite surprising. If you set the game to the easiest difficulty it actually starts the game farther back in time, so you can get more turns in before the demo ends. Also having roads is the key to winning the game early on. So I recommend setting the demo to the easiest difficulty setting, and choosing to be the romans. They can build 1/2 price roads and that makes it much easier to connect your cities.

Yes it's the demo. Just pick the easiest difficulty as it will start you back farther in time. This gives you more turns before the demo ends, and allows you to advance more.

My favorite stratagy is that I convince other civs. to gang up on another civs.
