Great video tutorial. My Mac's HD is already partitioned for Leopard and XP. Can I create a VM for XP on the Mac in this environment or must I use the XP install disk? Thanks.
you can just downloa a torrent for the machine. for example i downloaded windows vista ultimate 32 bit for free and used vmwarefusion and it ran ok. it can be free you can do it on vbox to
@xEch0EmbeRx No, you must have the installation disks for any operating system that you wish to install within the virtual machine. VirtualBox is itself free, but what that is is, as the name indicates, a "virtual box": a "virtual" machine within your machine, that "thinks" it is a PC, but does not yet have an Operating System, such as WIndows, installed yet. Free, Open Source OS's, such as Ubuntu or Fedora, may be installed within VirtualBox by mounting the downloaded ISO file as a CD.
oh so nobody thinks about ubuntu lmao naw thx for the video
