The song is Monster's Holiday. It's on CD, called Horror Hop I think, (type it into Google- it's on Amazon), I LOVE LON CHANEY JR.!!! Awesome

I think that's because they wanted the Frankenstein monster to look taller but while Boris Karloff was blessed with being talented, he wasn't blessed with being that tall. so when they wanted him to look taller they gave him big shoes and a tall head.

Yeah, it's him singing. You can tell because he sang on the opening theme to Spider Baby and his voice is the same.
