  • Top quality modern boots and shoes, even heavy mountain boots, that are made by the best bootmakers like Meindl, Zamberlan and Scarpa do not usually need to broken in if they fit properly. And they will last a lot longer than cheap mass produced factory boots from China or anywhere else, if the uppers are looked after properly they will probably go through 2 or more soles. Buying cheap shoes that have to be replaced more regularly if definately a false economy.

  • lol the intro was funny.

  • Very funny

    Good info

  • Does this work on combat boots?

  • I soaked my Meindl desert fox boots in warm water and wore them the rest of the day. This method worked well for me and has been recommended by others with combat style boots.

  • That guy looks like House M.D.

  • Let me padlock them to your feet for about a week, then they would be broke in. haha
