made a new rear sprocket, testing it as well as the motor, test was run at 24 volts, the motorcycle will be run on either 120 volts DC or possibly as high as 168 volts DC, as you can see there is a problem with the brush holder.
Yes it does to some degree, hard to tell how much at this point, just like a real cycle the front wheels lean the direction your turning The limiting factor will be the front suspension, when leaning one side of the suspension is under compression while the other side is lifting, at this time I have more compression than I have lift so it doesn't take much lean to try and raise the outer wheel but I don't have all the batteries, controller and charger in just yet.
I would like the front to set lower and it may be ok once everything is on the cycle, The front springs seem a tad stiff so may also go for a lighter spring rate which I know will allow for more lean.
You and your bike and a couple others as well have inspired me to take on this project in the first place, I've watched all your videos and read all your blog, great job, keep up the good work, I have much more to come and will start a post on diyelectriccar hopefully soon.
