This is awesome and funny! I live in Battle Creek Mi, where Enbridge spilled oil in the Kalamazoo River. I am also the person who first brought attention to the liability waivers Enbridge was forcing and tricking people in to signing. I have worked with John (the fired oil spill worker) in the past and have attended many meetings, forums and such to bring attention to this issue. Keep up the good work and I love this hillarious take on this situation you guys did!

great video ... As one of those effected by the Michigan Oil Spill... as soon as my lawyers and toxicologist and doctors get finished with tests ... I will shave my hair and donate it.... seriously great video ... check out my you tube ... I have lots of photos and videos from the oil spill.... not hard to do when you live by the river....

There is a hair shop in downtown Vancouver that is PAYING people to cut their hair for Enbridge's hair booms. I wish more companies were this friendly to the environment.

Nicely made video. Too bad the footage of the Kalamazoo River oil spill isn't from that spill (Romeoville, IL, maybe), and the whole thing was revealed by the media today to be a hoax by an unknown individual or organization. Also, according to BP and the Coast Guard, the hair, fur and wool gathered was never used in the Gulf spill cleanup.

Good idea, but why are they talking about 'future oil spills' as if that's the new normal? We should be moving to beef up safety regulations and inspections to make damn sure they never happen again, and of course, moving away from fossil-fuels entirely.
