Mr President we need a level of effort great than NASA’s mission to the moon and militarization during WWII put together. Some scientist believe we have already passed the 2 degree mark. Hydrogen IS key to our situations. They (situations) are plural. Consisting of ENERGY, environment, Health... etc... the term pH factor should matter a great deal to you .... for your health. The concept of HHO when metabolically enabled or even technologically implemented w/regard to fuel-centric energy systems... fantastic. NEVERMIND that Hydrogen is about as plentiful as anything in the known universe. Spit 1 piece of "science" at me that refutes Hydrogen & spit on yer own intellectual grave.
