  • If your body hurts like hell after working out, you have pushed your body a bit too hard. You have to start easy and graduately progress, with out any pain.

  • I've been working out 5 days a weeks since you started exercising (with the help of a class) and I feel better about my body then I ever have before! Thank you for being an inspiration, I hope you feel better soon.
