@sugarbist , seriously, Placido has sung dozens of times this part perfectly well :' Ah, ah, tu della...', but yo will not care that really. The only problem it is not technical is that you do not like him! Simply!. Ok, but don't be rolled up badly with the most important person in opera the last 50 years, like it or not! respect a little, man!. Enjoy!

@sugarbist, in Fanciulla, one of main themes is forgiveness, it seems to have forgotten about poor 60 old Placido!

@sugarbist , ah, ah,...ahahaha! ......you're a very World Class Plàcido Critial!

He should have sung something he was capable of doing in pitch. He changes the words at the end instead of hitting the high note on the AH vowel. He sings (Tu sei donna della mia vita, instead of ah ah tu della mia vita, Which is more difficult.Why should I expect anything more from a World Class Tenor. I guess I'm too picky, Whats the big deal?

@pavarottithebest Come ha fatto Björling con "Che gelida manina" (con Tebaldi, vedere video), come ha fatto tante volte Pavarotti, e come hanno fatto tante volte tutti i cantanti (grande o sconosciuti) in show o recital.

@Gustavian And the most importan: you are a fan of two great singers: Björling & Corelli. Good!

@Bjoerrelli Ok. You talk about acoustics. I understand that. But... singers learn the scores with piano. But in part, you are ok.

@Gustavian Why do you think that six # means F# and six b´s means Gb? Why does the two exist if they are the same? For a violinplayer it´s not the same! The tempered klaver is an accommodation. An F# strives upward while a Gb lies still. Can you sing an F# on pitch? In singing their are no key buttons!
