Hand drumming, and going to drum circles can be life changing for you. Whenever you are feeling troubled, you can always turn to your drum. When you want something fun to do for entertainment, a drum circle is great for that as well. Because when you drum, all you think about is drumming. Drumming helps to heal your mind, body, and spirit. Having the dancers out there helps a little bit also.
