Visual Aircraft Recognition cards from 1977. This set of 54 cards was issued by the U.S. Army all the way to the mid 80's to train ground and air forces to distinguish friend from foe. http://countycomm.com/varcard.html
We offer them as a unique collectable.

  • awsome im gonna bye those!

  • I think these would make great cocktail coasters .... Cheers

  • Very cool, I hope they can scare upsome of the armor recognition cards, I have a rather old set of those and would love to get a new one. I'm gonna get me a set of these.

  • The probably came from a base in Georgia named Fort Gillem. They used to ship them from there to bases all over the country

  • Got those same card! My mom worked for the Gov at an Army base when I was a kid, they used to hand give those away to us military brats! They also had a device called the Weaponeer! It was a pneumatic M-16A1 thaqt soldiers used to come in and qualify on if the need a Marksmanship badge. Logged many an hour on that as a kid too!

  • Very cool, bought a few right away
