Your next fake card idiot

first off, this isnt goning to be called the GT300, nvidia already has those, they suck and come only on prebuilt rigs from random places, the GF100 series will be the GTX460 and GTX480

I bet it'll cost alot more than that... deppending on initial availability I'd guess the flagship model could be up to $700. So after tax and shipping, 2 cards will approach $1500!

im not sure if you are aware of this but older hardware sells for substantially lower prices than what you paid. Its not profitable at all. (huge losses never are lol). If anything it makes sense to hold on to a card until it is completely unusable and then just replace it with another one. You can keep the old one in case the new one gets fried.

@ManoKiaule yup... im not rich.. but saving and selling out older pc parts for upgrades can get them..

you got 1000$ for the SLI set up ? B/c thats how much those 2 cards will cost you. in a few months when you can actually buy them.

ATI is shitting in its pants, when this hits the streets.. alot of folks are going to get one or two.. especially to run sli/surround view .. i know i will..

Side note, Nvidia did have a working chip in the system they used in the demo. Most companies don't bring working models for people to handle. Just making a joke about how people feel cheated or something. They saw a mockup card and then saw a true demonstration, how was this cheating?
and the point of even showing a mock up in the first place is............
wait, what is the point of showing a fake card when its not fermi o.0

this was cheating because he said it was a working card. and once sh1t hit the fan the guy below him came out and said it was an "engineering sample". Lie twice in a row. Funny as hell.
