@zanenator Nope, that's all about genetics and has nothing to do with workout routines. Some people have 4-packs, some have 6- or even 8-packs and some ain't symmetrical.

tyler durden was an apperition accentuating everything the narrator wanted to be hence my screen name, and they did exercise in the book and the movie, being in good shape doesnt mean you doing it for others, i exercise for myself. the fact that my waist line makes your girlfriend want to fuck me is irrelevant.
