  • There is no way to lock the arms together. There is value in independent movement arms to force the isolated contraction of each side. This can also adjust for disproportional strength values and ranges of motion.

  • Is there a way to lock the two arms together. I've tried this machine, & spent much of my concentration making sure my arms moved at the same speed. I think I could work harder if that issue was eliminated from the skill-set.

  • whoa this machine is so different from the nautilus next gen pullover i have at my gym, the positioning at full contraction is bizarre
