  • thanks for the tips, I have bailed on the project for now. I could not get the nozzle to stay clean thus not running for more then 15 min before clogging up and shutting down.

  • I think mixing a small amount of gasoline will thin it out and dissolve particles. I use this method when running my vw truck on WVO. I use 5-10 percent gasoline to unclog filters.

  • Glad that you are ok! My converted mobile home furnace has been a mixed success. The fuel pump died and I have been too mad at it replace it! I hate to say but a compressed air deal is probably the only solution for veggie, since it needs such a high temp to atomize.

  • Hope he is still alive, hasn't signed in for 7 months! Folks fool with this stuff outside first!! Fire a gun into a steel barrel and you'll be able to see what's really going on in there!

  • No good. That heat tape isn't hot enough, and the furnace has a burning puddle in the fire box, very very bad and dangerous. Observe your WVO experiment outdoors with the gun firing into a steel drum.

  • nice I have a grease car kit on my Ford f350
