I had both the Solid and Pearl punched up less than a month ago, and I can attack the lanes from multiple angles with them. I shot 300 with the Solid last week, after having the ball for only 3 weeks. And the week prior, I shot a 720 series with the Pearl, playing the track area. They each drive through the pins with amazing strength. These are by far the best Brunswick balls I've ever owned, and I had the Fury Solid, Total Inferno, Evil Siege, and Wicked Siege. Can't wait for USBCs!
i had honor to try the nexus pearl of my local bowling alley owner and loved it i am a two hander and could play same spot for 8 games and don´t personally like brunswick balls and thought of buying one
@showtime24071976 ended up getting the pearl and it is incredibly smooth through the front and angular but under control off the friction. This ball hits like a freight train. I threw it in practice on a fresh 40' shot and was able to change hand position to get a great look both inside and out. Threw it 8 games and it responded well the entire time. This is my first Brunswick ball ever so this is more then just a "brand fan" review.
@gamemeister27 Well if i bowled on a walled up shot i maybe able to do that so nice try idiot. These balls just dont carry well for alot of people no one carried with a damn out of 24 people who threw each ball.
@bowler3008605 Wow you are retarded. All of the companies make balls that are equal in quality. All they do is offer different looks, some of which will match up better with different games and different houses. Some can also offer more complete arsenals to staff bowlers, but the companies in and of themselves all make good balls. The only question is if you think a ball will solve your carry problems. The problem is you not realizing you are making bad shots on a walled up shot.
I went to the Brunswick seminar yesterday at Olathe East in Olathe, KS and he was doing nothing but hanging 10s the whole time. Brunswick continues to suck making balls and only is beating global 900 because they are the worst manufacture ever.
Billw212.... What you are missing is the beauty of the new technology in these nexus balls!!! It will allow you to play on a condition with less than ample amounts of oil (which you eluded to) and still be able to project the ball down the lane with plenty of stored energy/axis rotation to make a complete and powerful motion to and thru the pins! This is nothing "crazy" or out of the Brunswick "norm" it's something no one else may be able to match and IS really good.... Believe in the "B" bill
Nobody needs a ball to land on 34 - 36 like these guys and send to 5 at the break. First, no lanes in this area have the oil to play that. The lanes in my area are wood or old synthetic that don't use much oil. Second, if I want that kind of insanity, (and I don't) I can get it from Hammer or Storm. Why doesn't Brunswick keep making good, reasonable equipment like they've been doing for so many years and leave this junk to Hammer and Storm? I'm very disappointed with Big B lately.
