A group of Iranian Americans from the Portland Metropolitan area and from Vancouver, WA. who were heartbroken by the violence inflicted upon the Iranian people, gathered to show their solidarity and support for people of Iran. Friday, June 26, 2009, Portland State University, Portland, Oregon.
Help our old friends from Portland ORegon who reside in Ashraf, Iraq. No matter our politics now. Call your senators Wyden and Merkley to let them know that the treaty signed to protect camp Ashraf must be held to. No more betraying the Iranian PEOPLE! The regime would love nothing more than seeing 3500 Iranian opponents wiped out. Please call today if you live in ORegon. 202-224-5244 ask for Sen. Wyden or his aids Joel or Ben. Portland Iranians come together!!!

30 years of demonstrating is fine. But hunting season must begin. If we start to out and identify the basiji and their families we can finally make them feel hunted like we have felt. Share what you know about these devils and we shall deliver the justice they deserve.

I second that. I saved it for this Sunday. We have a similar event in TX. I watched it 3 times. I loved the music. l

Afarin! I have seen many post-election demonstration videos posted on the Internet, which were recorded outside Iran and by far, this has been the best edited piece I have seen. I loved the idea of zooming out the candles to show the word of Iran at the end. Good work Iranians in Portland!

We shall overcome all attrocities and injustice of regime in Iran. People always emerg victorious. This struggle is only the tip of the iceberg. There is a lot more to come. The promised day of justice and freedom for Iran has dawned.
