The jerky movement is what's required to simulate 'stealthy stalking' in an old-ish skool-ish FPS like NOLF. The funniest FPS, although perhaps not the funniest game in history. That honour would have to Monthy Python's meaning of Life (the game).

  • man i loved this game, it was long like half life, and funny, and at its time awesome graphics. the second nolf was a dissapointment for me :(

  • @Csumbi I didn't like the way they redesigned Cate (seemed more American somehow?) but the second game had lots to recommend it. Volkov in a wheelchair for example.

  • Where were you 3 years ago?

  • i cant believe you left the monkey conversation out of this video.

  • I didn't mean to but I missed hitting the 'record' button in time. :(

  • walking for more than 1 or 2 seconds contiguously results in you being detected, capslock or no

  • @tcgiant Oh, I know what you mean, I kept getting stuck there too x)

  • @BarrWoodz Agree :)

  • @Csumbi I liked Nolf 2 better than Nolf 1 :P But I got Nolf 2 long before Nolf 1, so it may have something to do with the fact that I had Nolf 2 for years and played it many times before trying Nolf 1 :P They are both great games, but I like Nolf 2 better :)

  • @Csumbi second one was the best one :O

  • If this isn't the funniest game ever, then Giants: Citizen Kabuto is.

Still, NOLF is comedy genius and IMO, definitely the funniest game.

  • @satan915 i was just joking , & actually don't even remember posting that really. must'a been drunk, sry for the confusion

  • @adreanix

Really? I don't know about that... how do you know that? Did you actually SEE him and after what event did you look at him? Besides, you need to get by him to continue on so in less you bring him away from his post or just run on by without getting killed, you would have to kill him. In less you just have to wait around in the beginning for like an hour after hearing that? NOLF 1 is not really a game to edit or show effects on people like that. All the guards are the same.

  • Ok did no one ever notice this? If you even so much as walk near that guy who has no idea what you look like based on that conversation about him missing the meeting, even if no one else is there to point you out, he will somehow know that it's you and shoot you. He even knows your footsteps (weird how every harm guard does) Is that a loop hole or what? Or is he trying to shoot every woman he sees? I doubt it, they almost never shoot civilians on purpose except for in the end of this scene.
