@johnnycheck99 Wish I could tell you. I actually think that most pickers find the job "ok", It's the drivers that have it hard. See the video called "Customer Service Team Members (CSTMs)" and read the comments, you'll see the anger :P

@Neutrinoghost I got a job there a few years back when i lost my job and i got a nightshift in outbound until i found another job. I was there 18 months and didn't find it bad at all. It was OK working there actually and i did extra hours. Why do some people dislike it then??

By giving the pickers an "incentive" to work harder causes more harm than good. Far too many damaged items causes many unhappy customers & LOTS of unhappy drivers who get blamed for the damages by default.

drivers repack all the shopping if they can be bovered.because its a fucking shambles.surprised they found any english speaking staff .this lot must have been paid well,most of them walked out recently in protest over pay and conditions.dont believe all you see here,if it wasent for cheep foreign workers this firm would go under.
