I'm really glad we're doing this week because hearing how everyone comes up with their characters is not only interesting and I think says a lot of them as writers.
Plus I totally hear you on the having writer's block that can be attributed to screwing up characterization. That usually takes me a while to identify, though.
Also, I can't help but notice that you're over by 5 seconds. MOO HA HA HA HA!!!!

I know several people that cast their characters before hand. &BTW I love that the characters 'talk to you' :D
